This is a beginner level 4-Week Fitness Challenge I developed for members of my FitClub and modified for general use.

It starts out at a beginner level and increases in intensity each week. You can choose to do just a few activities each day or do it all if you’re ambitious enough.

Exercises include:

  • Cardio (alternating walking and running slowly until you can easily jog for a full 20 minutes, includes sprint training)
  • Pushups
  • Situps
  • Plank (includes front and side planks)
  • Squats

Rest days are built in on Friday and Sunday.
