I made a big decision this weekend – one that I wasn’t sure I’d ever make again. As most people who know me know, I was a Team Beachbody Coach for five years. My success story with Beachbody products is HUGE and I even received a $500 cash prize just for sharing my story and before and after photos with Beachbody. If you want to read more about my success story, you can read it HERE.
But a little over a year ago, I decided to cancel my coaching account. I did it for multiple reasons – I didn’t have time anymore, I didn’t feel coaches were given enough tools and support, my upline was a little TOO big (making me feel like just a number), the Beachbody website was incredibly outdated, which only hurt sales instead of helping them, and I was about to go away for four months for military training (BOLC). I decided maybe coaching wasn’t for me anymore and so turned in a cancellation notice.
Fast forward to now and Beachbody has really got their sh*t together in terms of tools, support, professional coaching and development, modern programs, incredible nutrition programs and even certifications, and so much more. To say I’m pleased with the progress the company has made is putting it lightly. They really have come SO far in just a short time! They have completely modernized everything – from Beachbody on Demand (their entire library but in a streamable format – no more DVD’s needed! (Unless you want to of course)), to a mobile app for tracking your workouts and nutrition, to a massively upgraded coach office, and even a special app for running challenge groups in – making it accessible to ANYONE – not just those who use Facebook.

I felt the calling to come back to Beachbody and help change people’s lives and, after much debate, I decided I needed to do it – for myself and others. So this weekend I did it! I became a Team Beachbody Coach again! WooHoo! Check it out!
I made one important change though – I didn’t sign up under my former upline coach, who is practically a superstar, from Texas. Instead, I chose to sign up under someone far more local – where my signup would actually matter and MEAN something. Had I simply reactivated my account, I would have been placed back under my former upline. So this was a conscious decision I had to make. So my new Upline coach is Rebecca Lucas-Bordeaux – she lives in Wichita, just about an hour from me, and I think we’re going to do just fine. 🙂
So the next thing is that there is a new program coming out and the FIRST Challenge group Nationwide is starting TOMORROW! This is a special early preview of the program. Since I signed up when I did, I will get to be a part of this program. It’s called Morning Meltdown 100 and it’s 100 workouts that are all different, gradually increase in difficulty, and has music that is mixed by a live DJ! How fun! And the best part – it’s only 20-30 minutes!!
Here’s a short preview of what the program is all about:

P.S. If you notice, there are people of ALL different shapes and sizes working out at different intensities based on what THEY are capable of and comfortable with. Just one more reason I LOVE Beachbody – they are responsible for helping to change my mindset from, “I’m not good enough,” to “Do your best, and forget the rest” (THANKS Tony Horton!). Just show up and press play!
Now before you get worried that I’m going to start pestering all my friends and family to buy stuff – don’t worry, I won’t. I think that is a TERRIBLE tactic and does nothing but push people away. Instead, I just live my best life possible, let people know what I’m doing, share my story, and let people come to me – because they do! So if you are needing to make some changes to your life – whether it’s just nutrition, just exercise, or a complete solution, I’ve got you covered. Do these programs work? HELL YES they work – but only as well as you do. Ready to commit? Give me a shout!
